: (1) The Government of Nepal may establish a national committee and a district committee as required to coordinate between government agencies and non-governmental organizations in the activities related to crime control and rehabilitation of victims under this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the committee under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
